YTL PowerSeraya’s core power generation business has a licensed generation capacity of 3,100 MW*. The majority of our power plant assets sit on Jurong Island, of which currently 99% of the power generated comes from natural gas, the least carbon intensive fossil fuel.

Our power plant portfolio also includes Taser Power Station, which was acquired in June 2022 under our wholly owned subsidiary Taser Power Pte Ltd.

*As at 30 June 2025, our registered generating capacity with EMA is 2,467.7 MW.

PetroSeraya is the tank management arm of the YTL PowerSeraya Group. Its establishment on 2 April 2007 marks the Group’s strategic move to optimise its fuel management assets.

With its commercial terminal operation activities, the subsidiary also seeks to capitalise and build upon the team’s fuel handling and procurement capabilities.
