PowerSeraya Ltd today received its first delivery of a new alternative fuel, Orimulsion, making PowerSeraya the first generation company in Singapore to provide multi-fuel options offering a more cost effective and diversified supply of electricity in Singapore.

PowerSeraya Limited will be donating at least $25,000 to the Singapore Red Cross Society on 5 January 2005 when its in house collection closes.

Singapore electricity generator PowerSeraya Ltd and the Union of Power and Gas Employees (UPAGE) today signed a historic collective agreement containing a raft of workplace reforms aimed at delivering new opportunities for staff and improved efficiency for the company.

Today, PowerSeraya Ltd (PowerSeraya) and Gas Supply Pte Ltd (GSPL) signed a Back-Up Gas Contract which enables PowerSeraya to buy gas from GSPL. This would enhance PowerSeraya’s ability in providing its customers with a more stable and reliable source of power.
