YTL PowerSeraya Raises $70,000 for GROW

YTL PowerSeraya has raised $70,000 for GROW, the company’s adopted charity since year 2011, through its first ever organised major fund raising event. The amount will help provide lunch for 87 GROW beneficiaries for at least a year – equivalent to more than 20,000 meals.

The event was also attended by Ms Jessie Holmberg, Executive Director of Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore.

Since the partnership started in 2011, the company has held many activities to engage its staff with GROW beneficiaries. Past activities organised have included staff excursions and outings with GROW, celebration of significant or festive events such as Earth Hour and Christmas, as well as craft workshops organised by GROW.
